POLICY RE: ARTISTS’ CONCERT CONTENTS
(A)Singers in particular are asked to sit on stage for all performances and generally participate via vocal "sing-along" & clapping. Remember, please that you are on the video camera and your facial expressions and body language is important at all times. Beware of unguarded moments of distraction etc.
(B) Organisational time is very limited so artists are asked to keep their stage presentations ‘basic and simple’ especially with reference to sound-engineering. Time for sound-checks will be negligible because of the number of artists on the bill.
(C) Artists are expected to:
1. assemble 20 minutes early for their presentations & their appearances on stage reporting to the MCs & Certificate Organisers;
2. strictly keep to their time allocation (10 or 15 minutes max as decreed by the MCs.);
3. strictly avoid too much talking at the expense of singing;
4. strictly use their time for music directed towards the ‘worship’ & edification themes & audience participation where possible;
5. strictly no ‘encores’ are allowed.
